Technical service

We work with a multitude of different suppliers and brands, so we cannot give you a common answer to all of them.

Once registered as a customer, you will be able to access the My account section where you will find a Utilities section among which are the Technical Service Addresses

In this section the complete list will be detailed by brands where they can solve any problem that may arise and in any case, we have our SAT department (sat@sanjurjo.com) where they will also be happy to help you find a solution to each case.

Shipping costs

Our goal is that you pay nothing, which is a reality for all orders over € 300 (taxes not included). Unfortunately video games do not count to reach this amount.

If this is not possible, we will share the cost, so you will see € 4 reflected in the invoice for shipping costs.

We could raise the prices and include the shipping costs, but it would be a mistake since you would pay more for all the items. We want you to earn money and the best way to do this is to be able to offer you the fairest price possible in each case.

Payment methods

In a generic way, payment by bank card or transfer is offered.

If you are a professional, don't worry, we have other forms of payment available for you. In order to offer them, we need the risk department to analyze your case and validate the documentation that we will request during the registration process. Once completed successfully, the agreed payment system will be applied to orders automatically.

Delivery time

Our delivery commitment is 24 hours for shipments to the entire peninsula. Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. will arrive on the business day following their confirmation.

If it is your first order, we could delay a little more due to administrative problems, but in more than 85% of the cases we manage to fulfill this commitment.
